We now invite you to participate in an optional and anonymous demographic survey. The information will be used to help the CAAA better understand the diversity of our membership; work to better meet the needs of our members; and build inclusion, equity, diversity, accessibility, and reconciliation into everything we do.

We encourage you to complete this confidential survey. It asks for important, though sensitive, demographics such as gender identity, race/ethnicity, and sexual orientation. All questions in the survey are optional. Please share what you’re comfortable sharing. You may skip any questions you do not feel comfortable answering or that you prefer not to answer.

The CAAA will use the information collected from the survey and report on the results of these responses in summary or aggregate form only. When we discuss and report on the information, it will not be attached to individual respondents; you will not be asked to enter identifying information in the survey.
