The CAAA’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging is crucial to achieving our Mission. The Board continues to learn from and consult with our stakeholders and DEIB experts in the ongoing work of reviewing our processes and programs.

The CAAA’s Values Statement is a living document, and we welcome feedback from all our stakeholders. You may submit comments and questions about the Values Statement using the form below. Your comments and questions will be provided to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors, and the Values Statement will be reviewed and reconsidered annually, based on the feedback we receive.

Land Acknowledgement

We would like to acknowledge that the Canadian Academic Accounting Association (CAAA) operates within the traditional territories of the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit (FNMI) populations of Turtle Island (Canada).
